Aggressive at the vets?
One of the truly concerning elements of having a reactive dog is when they need to see the vet or groomer. In these situations the usual options are avoid or sedation. There is another way!
With specialised training your dog can learn to feel safe to enable a stranger to physically handle them. It is achievable, I did it with my own dog, Chester. Highly reactive towards unfamiliar people had the blood test he needed. He also had monthly injections in his neck without needing to be muzzled, all because Cooperative Care techniques gave him the formula to feel safe.
